Initiate Your Request
Log into your DecorDaddy account and select the order you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
